If there were a place that coffee connoisseurs go to die, this would be it. Jones Coffee is imported globally but roasted locally at the store in Pasadena, California by master roaster & taster Rafael Aguiar. He is the sommelier of coffee and an all around nice guy with a great smile.

The beans before roasting are pale in color and tasteless.
The beans are roasted at about 450F for about 15-20 minutes
Mini-Roasters in The Cupping Room, where tasters roast and sample coffee’s from independent growers and decide if their coffee is something they want to buy.
