Announced on Googa Mooga’s site today, Extra Mooga goers will be offered a full refund for their sad experiences. According to Peter Shapiro, “We promised you a terrific Extra Mooga experience this past weekend and we didn’t deliver, particularly in providing an adequate amount of food and beverage on Saturday. We’re very sorry if we disappointed you.”
I think its great that they recognized the problem and are rectifying it. Therefore they will be offering full refunds. I didn’t pay for my Extra Mooga Tickets, but even if I had, my experience on sunday was really good and I wouldn’t be requesting a refund right now. How about you?
