Michael London Catering
Recently, my cousin Michael London started a catering company. He's always been a pretty amazing chef and has been honing his craft for years. Its nice to finally see him making a go at it as an actual career. We often talk food when I come home and on several occasions I've blogged his food. Here is some of his most recent food at a catering event that I showed up to to take some photos.

Spicy Avocado Salsa
"Fanny Bear" Salad - Years ago there used to be this restaurant in Sandusky and one of their most famous dishes was the "Fanny Bear Salad" which was their house salad. It consisted of shrimp, mandarin oranges, and an avocado ranch dressing - here it is recreated by mike...and its amazing!
