Lyman boats were some of the best built, handcrafted boats ever made. Sadly, the invention of fiberglass put the company out of business. Today the old warehouses and factory where the wooden boats were manufactured has been turned into a Bar, Restaurant and Banquet Hall. The outside seating area offers an awesome view of the Sandusky Bay and Cedar Point Amusement Park. The restaurant also offers live music on the weekends in the summer.

We went to a wedding there a few years back, and the food was surprisingly delicious! Definitely not your typical “meh” wedding food. Good stuff!
